- Ownership of issues, initiative, and continual improvement of processes and technology.

- Knowledge of the FIX trading protocol and its use.
- Batch/Scheduling experience (Autosys, Tidal).
- Ability to work as part of a global support team and share knowledge with others.
- Knowledge and experience of the SQL language and database structures proficient in MS Excel.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing clear, precise, and understandable feedback and documentation.
