EdgeLink is looking for a Service Desk Manager to join a growing organization in Tigard, Oregon. Successful candidates will have previous experience working in a lead or service desk manager capacity. From an experience perspective, we are targeting most the following:
• Bachelor' s degree or 5 years progressive technology related work experience
• 3+ years of helpdesk management or supervision experience
• Incident Tracking System administration experience
• Experience developing standards, processes, and procedures for service desk teams
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft platforms and applications
